• Game Updates: Software may become temporarily or permanently incompatible
• Legal Consequences: Potential violation of game terms of service

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Petersburg, Florida.

12. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
