1. Refund Policy Overview

Due to the digital nature of our gaming enhancement software and the inherent risks associated with anti-cheat detection, VMX Cheats operates under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. No Refunds for Detection

IMPORTANT: We do not provide refunds if your gaming account is banned, suspended, or penalized as a result of using our software. Anti-cheat systems are constantly evolving, and detection is always a possibility. This risk is inherent to all gaming enhancement software.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Account bans or suspensions in any game
  • Hardware bans (HWID bans)
  • Software detection by anti-cheat systems
  • Game updates that temporarily break functionality
  • User error or inability to use the software
  • Compatibility issues with your system
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases, we may consider refunds only for:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent software delivery
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)

Such requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

Lifetime Licenses:

  • Cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Valid for the lifetime of the software
  • Subject to our Terms of Service

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  2. Include your account email and reason for cancellation
  3. We will process your cancellation within 24-48 hours
  4. You will receive confirmation via email

7. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent ban from our services. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

8. Service Interruptions

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Game updates requiring software updates
  • Server issues or technical problems

These interruptions do not qualify for refunds, but we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
